O’Neil J. Parker isn’t your average entrepreneur.
For starters, he purchased his first home at the age of 21. At 23, he started a real estate business with only sixty-three dollars. By December of 2017, he’d purchased over 1.3 million dollars in real estate and earned over six figures for the year.
But Parker’s life hasn’t come without its share of hardship. When he was just 14, his 17-year-old brother passed away. Although he would miss his brother, who was also his best friend, Parker says the death kicked him, and his ambitions, into high gear. Even at that young age, he understood the need to give each day full effort because the next simply wasn’t promised.
Since then, Parker has channeled his ambition into real estate investment and entre-preneurship. He’s inspired by the dream life he is working to create for himself and his three kids and isn’t afraid of the hard work it will take to get there. But his motives aren’t self-serving. He’s committed to helping as many people as possible.
That’s why he acts as a mentor to entrepreneur hopefuls looking to learn about real estate, personal credit, and business credit.
